2. Purpose of the processing

The data collected on the website will be processed to manage the user's request and contact them to initiate a possible commercial relationship in relation to business projects within the transport and mobility sector.

Users who so wish may subscribe to the newsletter service, where the data requested will be processed for the purpose of sending by electronic means the latest news and updates from the transport, automotive and brand sectors.

3. Data categories

Through the website, identifying data relating to name and surname, telephone number, email address and company may be processed.

Likewise, Users who wish to subscribe to the newsletter service must provide their email address.

Specially protected data is not processed.

The data are those provided by Users through the different forms.

The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent given voluntarily by the data subjects.

6. To which recipients will your data be disclosed?

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when legally mandatory. However, ASTARA relies on the collaboration of third-party service providers who have access to your personal data and who process the aforementioned data for and on behalf of ASTARA as a result of their provision of services. Users may exercise the following rights at any time and free of charge:

10. How long will we keep Users' data?

The data collected through the Kickstart your Project form will be kept until full completion of the User's request or until the end of the relationship with ASTARA.

In relation to sending commercial information through the Newsletter service, the data will be kept by ASTARA until the data subject exercises its rights of suppression and/or opposition.

11. Security measures.

ASTARA shall establish the technical and organisational measures required to guarantee the security that must be met for the automated processing of the data of the data subjects, the processing centres, premises, equipment, systems, programs and persons involved in the automated processing of personal data in the manner legally and regulatory provided.

12. Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authorities

Furthermore, data subjects may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency in case of having any doubt concerning the exercise of their rights, to solve any incident in the processing of their data or to file a complaint. The Spanish Data Protection Agency is responsible for ensuring compliance with the legislation and monitoring its application.
